LoL Client problem

Ever since i updated to windows 10 my client had been glitchy. I log in and will very often every couple of minutes be disconnected from the PvP.net for a minute or two before it reconnects. Not only that but at least half the time after a game is finished, I don't get to the post-game chat because it logged me out and closed itself.

In-game I have no issues, the game itself runs fine. Better than ever even with the new servers. But the client has been glitchy as can be. I've even uninstalled and re-installed 3 times just to try and fix it but this keeps happening. As I first said, this has only started happening after i upgraded to Windows 10. One of my friends suggested I just go back to Windows 8 but no, EVERYTHING else on my computer (games, internet, office apps) has gotten much better and smoother. It's only with my LoL client.

Please help Riot. There's got to be some kind of glitch with Windows 10 and the client that needs to be adressed.

EDIT 9/2/2015: Not only is this still happening, but now it sometimes won't let me into a match and then Leaver Buster punishes me for not accepting or picking a champion when I couldn't because the PvP disconnected.
