Chat Size Keeps Resetting

Anytime I try to change the size of in-game chat, it resets to 100% after every match and after reloading the client.

I have tried setting chat size in both client settings and in-game settings. In-game settings give an "Okay" or "Close" prompt, client settings only say "Done", and after trying both methods it still resets to 100%. Anyone with the same problem or fix?
