UI Bug during match

I noticed that my UI was acting up when I went into a match. I couldn't see any health or mana bars in the game (other than the ones for mine on the bottom of the screen) and when I went to check the player board (I don't know the real name for it, the board that shows up when you press tab or "o") and all the champions were stacked up on top of each other, so I couldn't check other player's builds, cs, or keystones at all.

I didn't have time to exit the game and re-enter as there wasn't enough time, and after the match I went into the practice tool to see if it was a recurring problem but everything looked fine. I'm wondering if anyone knows what could have cause this and if they have a solution other than probably re-entering the match because if this keeps happening it's going to put me at a massive disadvantage and just make games really frustrating.

I took a few screen shots but forgot that print screen only saves the last screen shot so I only have the one image to show.
