Server/Restarting

Hello, I cannot start a game because when I accidentally switched my server to Oceania, it had to restart to patch. But because I don't live close to Oceania at all. The loading is not working and i cannot switch back to NA. I am stuck in a never ending loading screen and I just wanna switch back to NA server. Help PLEASE! Also I keep getting an unable to log in after ranked games and this is how i got into this mess. How can I fix it? Thank You
