Singeds recommended starting items lack trinket

It saddens me, every time I play Singed and I look at his recommenced items. Sapphire Crystal, 3 health potions and.... nothing. Every other champ I play have a trinket, but he doesn't. I'm not sure if this is a bug in the game or suggestion, but I wish this would change. He's the first champion in the game after all. And yes I know I can buy items that are not on the recommended list, but it would save me 2 seconds every time and some new Singed player maybe doesn't notice this soon enough.

Edit: This has been missing since beginning of preseason 6 so I found it strange that no once has noticed.
