If the gifting player abused the Recruit-A-Friend system (even without you knowing it), they removed skins they gifted with the RP gained from other players, even if those players did not abuse RAF.

But my friend use RP that SHE bought and she didn't use RAF

If you know it was a legit RP purchase, and that neither of you abused the RAF system, then send a ticket into Riot. I'm sure they will get it cleared up quickly.

Hi TheyFearedHim,

As Jambat mentioned, Some people have had fraudulently earned RP/IP removed (or the equivalent thereof)

Basically people found using illegitimate referrals in the Refer-A-Friend program have had the amount equivalent to the fraud points removed from their accounts. This includes RP, IP, and some extra IP that was earned with any boosts given. If the stuff you are missing was gifted, the friend would have been the one hit by this system.

I would double check with your friend that she has never used the RAF system - Riot took the equivalent randomly, as they could not determine exactly what was purchased with the fraudulent RP.
