When you level Zyra's W in URF, the 80% Cooldown reduction does not apply for roughly the first 60 seconds afterwards.

Yulen Xoshxius1 votesI notice the first seed does not take the right amount of time to spawn in urf as well. Same with the first upgraded ward trinket.
ParlorTrick1 votesI guess it's not a huge deal, cause it works after that, but for me, it's not until I've placed both my first and 2nd seed that it starts to work right.
powerbats1 votesThat could be just a minor bug but with Urf about to finish there's not enough time to do anything about it. However make sure to submit a bug report so that Riot can look into it for the future modes.
