[Champion(s)] Kennen's E doesn't hit Jarvan during his E+Q combo.

As the title say, if Jarvan's Demacian Standard + Dragon Strike combo hits Kennen but lands further than on him, Jarvan won't get hit by Kennen's Lightning Rush if it's active.

I have tried to reproduce the bug with both Malphite and Zac, thinking it might be an issue with people going over Kennen as well, but they both get hit during Unstoppable Rush and Elastic Slingshot, respectively. I would like to test Leona's E and Vi's Ultimate if they are landing on someone behind Kennen as well, but don't have enough friends online at the moment.

I legitimately almost lost a game due to this bug, it was very irking to say the least.
