Gameplay: Small bug with Rek'Sai's ult.

I noticed that there is a small bug with Rek'Sai's ult. It is nothing gamebreaking, but does need some clarification.

When Rek'Sai ults, the CD is set twice. First the CD starts as soon as the ult begins, but then starts over when she is done with her initial channel. Like I said, it is nothing gamebreaking or anything holding Rek'Sai back, its just something I noticed.
