Champ select issues

When I minimize client during champ select, it no longer pops up when it's my turn to do something. As a result I keep dodging by mistake. The season 6 champ select did not have this issue. New animations are great in champ select but they mean nothing if I lose convenience. The objective of champ select shouldn't be to look nice but to provide an efficient gate into a game. Wasted time should be cut and the ability to do other tasks in parallel while waiting for my turn should be allowed.
