Id like to report what seems to be a bug for me.

Anytime i use the Project Fiora skin i seem to get frame drops that occur above the norm. My screen stutters, refuses to listen to commands at times. Sometimes this can last for a second, other times ive had this last for over 10. So far ive only noticed it while playing the Project Fiora skin.
