player build option not showing up in match history

I recently played an ascension game as teemo (don't hate) and encountered a voli who was healing faster than I could dmg him practically from start. I went to match history to take a look at his runes and masteries but the player build tab isn't there. Is there a way I can find that information somewhere else, or..?
