Ivern Rootcaller not blocked by Poppy Steadfast Presence.

This happened several times in my last game. I was playing Poppy, and I intentionally let ivern Rootcall me so I could block it with my steadfast presence and he completely ignored it and jumped on top of me. Ivern's Rootcall is a dash, and thus should be stopped by Steadfast Presence, correct?
