Every time I start a game my game crashes on the loading screen

Every time I play League after selecting a champion the game won't start up on loading screen, it will just stay black and will say "Failed to Connect"/"Unable to connect to server". I don't know why this is happening, the last time I went on to play League this never happened before and I'm being put on low priority queue because I'm marked for leaving/afk games when there's nothing I can do about it. I try reconnecting again and again the same thing happens.
