There is basically nothing that you can do to recover it.
Also, there is nothing that we can advise you on with the limited information you have provided. Please post your reform card and please explain what you actually have been banned for. There is a microscopic chance of bans being turned over, as far as I know it has only happened either after mistaken 3rd party software bans, or bans regarding chargebacks. Either way we need more information to advise you, but note that us players on the boards have no power to change your account's status in any way, nor can the Arbiters.
Well I guess that's it, no more LoL for me. I feel like ultimate crap right now, but I guess its about time I stopped playing. I loved this game a lot, it was an escape from all the crappy stuff, and being a part of it was the best to feel like I was actually good at doing something when playing. Unfortunately I wasn't the best player to play with though, I tried to be the best, every single match doing what I can win. But I guess it got to me, instead of becoming the "best" I just ended up becoming the worst. Goodbye league it was 4-5 great years, but I guess I'm done playing this game and running away from all the things I have to deal with.
