[GAMEPLAY]Lux ults Multiple times in a normal game, with no cooldown

in this game, Lux on multiple occasions ulted multiple times in a row (to a maximum of 3 times) Unfortunately the only capture of it i have is from ReplayHUD on overwolf it shows it happening only once, but the fact that this CAN happen, even if it were a single occurrence is game breaking.

On an occasion that i dont have registered the ult appeared three times and each one of the ults applied her passive and did damage ( two of my allies got hit.) I know this since i was playing soraka, and looking at them when it happened.

Hopefully this is just a glitch that riot can fix, if not the game link is here.
