Key Bindings Not Staying

One day I logged on and my key bindingings were all messed up. I play with every ability on auto cast and all of them were off. My trinket, vision here, and emote wheel were also all messed up. Those I got to stay but it never accepts the emote binding. I played with it bound to ` and it lets me do it but the moment i log off and come back its unbound again.
