i re rolled 3 legendary and i got academy ekko. and if you wondering why i did this i did not like the champs for the skin and i don't like ekko plz fix and i had not played as any of the champs.

Legendary skins do not change the probability of getting any kind of specific ski (owned champ, legendary, etc). Not a bug.
