Honor level 3 not showing Flair on load screen

Hello - I reached Honor Level 3 today (Was 5 before Season reset)

Anyways, It clearly said "Will show a Flair on loading screen" and just wanted to report that it's not showing that little blue symbol like it always has

I already know you need to be Honored in the previous game, and I was 2 different times and still didn't show up next battle

I exited Client the 2nd time to see if that helped, but it didn't

Any ideas, or is this an issue currently?
