issue with mastery pages

Hi, i noticed recently that my mastery page names, and the actual masteries contained are wrong when i select the page in champ select. an instance of this is when i selected my Tahm kench mastery page, but when i loaded into the game i had the keystone fervor of battle instead of grasp of the undying. it appears to be displaying the name of the page, but giving me the masteries on the page before it. a few people i have talked to also have had this issue. idk if there is something i need to do, or an issue with the game.
