Ranked Team Bug With Mobile App

When people are on the mobile app I am unable to add them to my ranked team. It says they are ineligible because they aren't level 30 yet. (Even though I know 100% that they are) It's a small bug but I thought I would report it anyways so that everyone was aware of it.
