[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune Conquerer not applying on new targets

When Miss Fortune has Conqueror and attacks a new enemy with a basic attack that applies love tap, it will not trigger conqueror whether stacked or not. For example, if I were to walk up to someone and basic attack them once, it would not add a stack at all or refresh the duration. This is only for the first attack of any new target. So if she constantly switches targets for love tap, it won't trigger any stacks of conqueror or refresh duration. It works with her Double Up, just not for basic attacks on new targets.

I found this while doing a beginner bots match. I tried autoing the bots every other time and could not get any stacks. I had to attack twice before I would gain 1 stack. I tested it in the practice range afterwards and it still stayed the same.

Auto a target once, no conqeror will be applied, then auto another target and it won't happen again.
