friend request

after the 9.14 update, whenever i try to friend someone at the post-match page, it tells me "we couldn't send you friend request" or something like that. It doesn't tell me why. Someone help I'm guessing the friends list limit might've changed, but i don't want to have to delete friends just to see if I'm right or wrong. I have 221 friends btw,if that helps. Maybe the cap changed to a 100 or 150, or maybe it's just a bug.
