Kassawin's E only hits mutual targets, ignoring champions

So apparently i had a very bugged out game where his E legit did not damage or even remotely slow anybody by any means, as if he never used it on anyone. However, it seems to work just fine on lane minions and monsters etc..

No i did not miss and don't argue i could have screwed up. I was relatively fed and doing quite well, but ulting in and even being within range, it seems to just go right through everyone.

It could be game breaking for anybody else unlucky enough to have this bug occur.

Whenever I ult and E immediately afterwards, my E fires backwards even though my cursor is pointing directly in front of me. I've seen it happen multiple times before with other Kassadin players in different games.

But yeah I wouldn't be shocked if this bug was common too. Would be really nice for Riot to fix these bugs. I love playing Kassadin but It's kind of annoying when your E just decides to like, not work.
