[Site?] Ticket response dates are exactly 10 days off of what they should be.

Not sure if this is the correct place to report site bugs.

You can see that the 3 tickets with responses are all dated exactly 10 days after I submitted them. Using big brain I come to the conclusion that these people did not respond 10 days late, but the numbers are wrong.
