100% Crit garen only crits about 99.99% of the time. Running 46% crit damage runes with static shiv rapid fire cannon essence reaver infinity edge. Saw two non-crits since my 100% crit came to full build in a 10 minute period. It was basic auto attacks, not Q auto attacks. Played during one for all.
