Annie stun proc and dying at the same time [Gameplay]

For the record,I am currently unable to record a video of this but i will as soon as i can and this is hard to accurately get screenshots of.

Since preseason at least, a bug with annie has consistently plagued me where if annie has a stun ready to proc and she uses her q the same time she dies, the enemy champion takes the q damage and doesnt get stunned then annie will spawn with 1 stack of pyromania. tomorrow when i get on i am going to try to consistently reproduce this bug but i wanted to post this to the community and see if anyone else has noticed this or could reproduce it.

I bet the actual stun buff stays on Annie until the spell deals it's damage. So if you cast Q but you die before it deals damage, Annie and the "stun" buff go to the grave causing it only to deal it's damage.

I'd imagine this is how it was scripted rather than it actually empowering the spell itself.

thats what me and my buddy thought but the fact that they still take the q dmg and then im dead with one stack of my passive tells me otherwise
