[Gameplay] Rengar is disabled right now but....

there is something else buggy with him that I notice while playing him in ascension the other night. If you even die while ulting, when you respawn your next E will still be empowered. I don't know if this is tied to the 100% cdr bug thing or what but i consistently able to replicate it.
