[Gameplay] Visual Bug: Nunu and Willump Snowball

During a game of ARAM, an enemy uses W: "Biggest Snowball Ever!". After hitting an enemy champion with the snowball, the visual effect for the snowball did not despawn and stayed in the same position for the rest of the game. The snowball was not able to be interacted with and was still able to cast W: "Biggest Snowball Ever!"
