Azir cannot destroy gangplank barrel with soldier bug

I know that this is a bug, because when the soldier is near the barrel, it doesn't deal any damage, and when I walked up to aa the barrel, it still wouldn't let me destroy it so long as soldier is on top of it. Besides, it can destroy illaoi's tentacle, so it is a bug.
