lobby chat is broken :c

the chat in the lobby and champion select dosent work for me ( I use new client) this problem never happened with the old client.so it forces me to play draft mode instead of blind, it bugs me only because it takes for freaking ever to get into game :c it takes like 3 min to find a match, then another 5 to get past champ select. (for those wondering, I don't play mid, I play adc, so it shouldn't be THAT long to find a game).
