The promo system is riggd. Get an east coast server. o i got a 1-2 second delay on my prmo series big suprise. Then get a bug splat Cool thanks riot. if i was a pro i would get one position every game. As well as que with well known other pro's. Wow thats not rigged at all.

lol wut? have you ever watched a pro stream in solo que? they dont always get their role. and pros get matched with players who have the highest mmr just like them, whether it be other pros or high ranked solo que players, most of whom also stream.
