[ZED] Shock Blade Skin Does More Damage than SKT 1 Skin

It Seems Faker intended more of a Challenge in his skin

I can assume his skin does 10% reduce damage to all champions, but moves/attacks 10% faster without showing it to all champions at a certain level.

Shock Blade with Thun Glyph does HIGHER Burst damage, with no weaknesses.

Test: League Skins does matter for certain damage bonuses/weakness.Zed

Go to custom game with same runes masteries and items on both champions.

Test it on dragon.

Come back and post if they are actually different.
