Dc and still in game over game is over

I dc'd and couldn't reconnect to my game, and now, over two hours after, I still can't reconnect, and yet, the client claims that I'm still in game though the game is long over. I cannot start any new games. I cannot connect to get out of the phantom game. What is going on?
