A Few Things That Might Be Bugged

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but I want to question about certain aspects of the game that I thought are bugged, and even if they're not I can get a better answer or explanation in here than Gameplay or General Discussion.

1. CC Lock: I remember years ago I came upon a post released by Riot saying that they wanted to improve on CC lock (something about it feels bad to be under the chain of CC and want to allow a very small timeframe that even if you're under stun after stun after stun, you can have a slight chance of using flash or hourglass or a quick response to the situation). I believe this was implemented because I could feel my quick responsiveness for many seasons to come, until recently. I noticed I was no longer able to respond to the CC chain, even when the CCs weren't even back to back. I could not respond to it, whether to quickly activate Summoners Spells (Flash, Heal, etc.) or Items, and yes I often spam those particular hotkeys.

2. Turret Attack: Also recently noticed that the Turrets were acting a bit funny. There were situations where I was under its attack for unknown reasons. The first example is this scenario: I'm a champion and am alone pushing towards enemy's turret with ally's minions. We both walk forward to the enemy turret and even though we position with the same distance (and sometimes maybe I was even a bit behind), the turret still chose me to attack. It caused me to eat a shot or two and was getting annoying as this happened more frequently. The second example is when I'm under attack of the turret and want to get out of its attack, but its targeting aura/radius is sometimes ridiculous. This scenario doesn't happen as often as the first example, but it's super annoying when I'm 99.99% sure I am out of its targeting distance but is still not. I watch replays and I noticed it in some of the games as well.

3. Warding at the Edge of the Bush: Also recently did I notice that sometimes when a ward is put near the edge (not yet at the edge) it was still counted as outside the bush and not giving vision inside the bush. Is it intended to be so?

Thanks for any clear up/explanation if they're intended to be in the current state.
