[GAMEPLAY] Ahri Charm

Sometimes Zoe passive doesnt trigger upon using a spell and I have no idea why or when it will happen. It's super inconsistent and happens randomly at least twice per game. In the current state of zoe her passive dmg is incredibly important and randomly losing it can cost way too much.

Am I missing something here?

Bait title? TF does Ahri Charm have anything to do with Zoe?

Supposed to get more attention somehow?
