[GAMEPLAY] Jhin W Bug

I made a reddit post which I have linked here, One thing I didn't address there was how to recreate it. I Feel like this is a pretty well known bug... or should be. It's been part of the game since Jhin's release over a year ago. I'll sum up the reddit post here in a tl;dr version.

I didn't know the bug was still in the game because it's not in the Blood Moon skin and I use that a lot, however; I have started to use High Noon to break up the monotony and realized it's still in the game. Jhin's w passive that indicates whether a target will be rooted or not will get bugged after he roots them once the indicator stays on (however will light up more if it's actually on). It's not a massive problem but it can make or break a catch or team fight if you are focusing on another champion first, or if the timer expires and you didn't realize. This is mainly QOL but still rather annoying for a Jhin main that wants to use other skins.

I'll start a running tally of champions I notice it on, because it's not everyone, it's only certain champions. I'll use the High Noon skin more for the science.

Edit: Originally I thought it was part of the classic skin, I have since disproved this.
