Shen Q not giving "stacks" if used when standing on the sword [Gameplay]

If Shen stands on his sword and uses his Q, then shen will not get his Q stacks. He will have his normal autoattack animation, the Q ability will go on cooldown and if his passive will not be triggered by the Q. The bug is easily repetable and I have it happened to me several times in game, last game I played it happened over 10 times in a 25 minutes game.
