[GAMEPLAY] Sion leap doesnt proc sudden impact

Just thought I would reiterate as the patch is coming soon and I would really like to see this fixed, a tooltip in the loading screen states that the end part of sion's ult is a leap and can jump over small walls with it, but sudden impact does not proc on this leap even though the description for sudden impact says that leaps can proc it.

That's 10 lethality a sion could be using every ult
