[Gameplay] Taliyah - W second cast no longer works/ description is wrong

When using Taliyah's W, the description says to activate W again to choose the direction. As of the latest patch, the W is no longer needed to recast, but rather you must drag the mouse when clicking the location. This is much different than the description of her W and honestly much more annoying than before. Before hand you had about half a second after casting to choose the direction of her W and it was much simpler IMHO. Either way, this may be a bug or the W's description is in need of change.

Current:

1. Click W
2. Drag W towards optimal direction

Before:

1. Click W
2. (Optional) Don't click W = knock up
3. Click W and drag towards destined location

It is no longer possible (at least in my experience) to simply knock up a champion. Clicking W will automatically throw them away from you.
