[Gameplay] Azir Q/Ult not showing on CD

Occasionally, after using Azir's Q or Ult, it will show as if the skill is still available even though it is on cooldown.

Not sure how to reproduce, but it happens once in a while.

yup happened to couple of times too quit and rejoin fixes it for me

This happens to me most every match with him. The ult bug is much more common that the Q bug for me. IMO these bugs are the least of his bug worries.
