Zac Initially Appears as Turtle Stance Def Not Udyr

I was playing mid lane as Ziggs. Enemy jungle was Zac. When he walked into my lane to gank, I saw a turtle stance Udyr using the Definitely Not Udyr skin instead of a classic Zac. After a few seconds, I saw classic Zac instead. There was no Udyr in the game.

Did not encounter the bug again.

System is an ASUS X555YA. AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics @2.2 GHz, quad core. 8 GB DDR3 RAM, with an additional 8.05 GB of virtual memory. Graphics drivers are not up to date.

It happened on the Latam North server, if that makes a difference.

I know how to find the r3dlog and will find/send it in a ticket if requested.
