Multiple Client Issues (No Lobby, No Emotes)

So I log on as normal with no problems and every now and then my Play button will grey out and I get a message saying theres something wrong with the server. Of course when I check server status theres nothing wrong with it so I wait like 2 minutes and its back up and running fine and I can make my lobby. But by the time I finish queuing up and go into the champion bans, my server completely lags out and I am unable to ban or select a champion to play and it ends up dodging and of course I get the dodge timer (even though I had no control over the dodge). On top of this, I've noticed a problem with emotes. All of my set emotes have been removed and when I go to reset them it gives me an error message saying something is wrong and I cant save my emotes. Again, nothing on the server stats about this. Just waiting for any kind of message.
