Interaction between Garen's Q and Statikk Shiv

I've been noticing this weird bug for quite some time now. Whenever Garen casts his Q, the Statikk Shiv would proc at the moment before the Q animation ended. The Q damage is still accurately proc-d at the end of the animation.
