Lulu still has bugs, E doesnt work, Pixi has a health bar

Nobody is looking at these bug reports. Anyway, Lulu's E only works on self cast, not allies or anything else, not even on enemies. Here's a picture of me just casting it on Kalista and notice nothing happened. Also i was playing Nidalee earlier, i throw a spear at Lulu and it hits the Pixi as if it's a jungle mob or something, completely guarding Lulu and actually taking damage with a health bar.
