Gold Border for being Plat V?

Soooo, I've been up and down Platinum this season and I got my hands tied up in school toward the end of the season and ended up just sitting at Plat V for a bit because I was fed up with ranked. I got on today to see the new fancy border and I see that its new and fancy, but its gold...

Anyone else running into this bug? I'm sure there's some things that Riot needs to work through but I would be very sad if I don't get a Plat border for being Platinum basically all season and even finishing Plat V.

Rewards aren't sent out right away, it takes some time.
