Bugged blood moon capsules.

I just bought the 10 capsules bundle and i am unable to open them, they are just sitting there in my loot yet my RP is gone. Also, there appears to be a bugged option to buy capsules for 1 BE, me being the naive idiot that i am, thought that this was 1 free chest that riot gave away as a new years gift and bought one, i guess that that might have bugged it out.

I did send a support ticket but i just hope to be able to warn people here to not make the same mistake I did.

Edit: seems like it's fixed already, i do still have the chest tho so i'll just wait for riot to remove it.
