test had 400 ad, tennies did 800 dmg each, 8x4 is 40 800x 4 is 4k
i only did 1.8k dmg on 100 armor garen

8x4=40 -----------------------------8x4=32
800x4=4,000 -----------------800x4=3200
you also completely ignored base damage in your calculations.
Did you factor masteries or item passives from 
?
or did he activate his resistance buff?

new data did 1.1.k on first W attack on garen with it on, but the damage without calc armor is 3200, the damage also applied 40% armor pen/ 20 Armor pen flat, and he was standing still.
Second attack did only 800 iDK WHY but it supports that tennies do reduce damage after first hit or continous hit
I need more players to test, so RIOT says "OK we will change to reduce dmg per attack"
because that is what she is doing.
