[Client] Unresponsive Camera and in-game buttons

I have this bug that occurs on ARAM and SR and stays until restarted My camera is locked at the fountain it is really hard to click buttons in game like upgrading abilities and requires click mashing to work Impossible to switch items from 1 to 3, or 2 to 7, etc. Buying Items and using the shop is difficult because of the above I cannot click on the mini-map and have the camera pan to that location. The only thing that fixes this bug is to completely restart the game.

I even received a leaver buster low priority que because Ive had to re-load the game almost every other game and miss the first 4-8mins due to loading. I play on a Macbook Pro. Ive had this problem for awhile but lately it just got much worse and Im going slightly nuts o.O

Help and suggestions plz!
