Azir actions not working

When playing Azir in my latest game my Q and R did not work, this went on for 44 mins leading to me only being able to use my W and E. The only way I can describe the issue is when using Q it would do 0 damage to the enemy 90% of the time. The R issue was just basically no ult. When using R no matter how many enemies or whom on the enemy team was hit the wall went right through them. The ult only landed one time when the enemy gangplank walked through mid it acted as a wall.
